What happens if our flight gets delayed?We monitor all incoming flights. Not matter how delayed your flight is, or how early it arrives, there will be a driver waiting for you at no extra cost.

How long will I have to wait for my driver?We offer a 1-hour complimentary wait time for all rides. Your driver will be waiting for you upon landing.

Can chauffeurs assist guests with luggage and other personal effects?Yes, chauffeurs will continue to provide the same personal assistance with luggage and other belongings. If you prefer to handle your luggage personally, please inform the chauffeur. If you or your guest require any extra assistance, please include those details in the "Notes to driver" field.

What is the cancellation policy and how can I cancel my ride?We offer the most customer-friendly policy in the industry. Guests are able to cancel their ride free of charge up until 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time. To cancel your ride, simply log in to your account, go to "My Bookings" and cancel booking.
