If you need to change the time and date (for instance if your flight time changes) of your booking or your contact details, then contact us using our online form with your booking ID and desired changes, and we can update your booking for you. If you need to make any changes to your booking that alter the price, (for example, changing location or the number of people traveling), then you need to cancel your original booking and create a new one.
Once you make your booking, you’ll receive meeting instructions in your email. If you’re still unsure about where to meet your driver, simply contact them directly. Their contact details will be provided in your booking confirmation email. Track your driver in the app to see the exact location.
We offer free complimentary wait time for all rides. Your driver will be waiting for you upon landing. Meet your driver up to 45 minutes after your flight’s arrival before late fees apply.
Yes, chauffeurs will continue to provide the same personal assistance with luggage and other belongings. If you prefer to handle your luggage personally, please inform the chauffeur.
If you or your guest require any extra assistance, please include those details in the "Notes to driver" field.
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of taxes, tolls, airport parking, admin fees, fuel, environmental surcharges and any other standard fees typically included for a standard point-to-point transfer. You don’t pay any extra for these. Any additional requirements such as child seats or extra luggage may incur an additional cost. Gratuities are not included in the price, so it is at your discretion as to whether you wish to tip your driver. If you are in the US, it is customary to tip your driver 10-15%.
We offer the most customer-friendly policy in the industry. Guests are able to cancel their ride free of charge up until 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
To cancel your ride, simply log in to your account, go to "My Bookings" and cancel booking.
