Delays? No worries. Your driver will track your flight and wait for you up to 1 hour after your flight lands.
Once you make your booking, you’ll receive meeting instructions in your email. If you’re still unsure about where to meet your driver, simply contact them directly. Their contact details will be provided in your booking confirmation email. Track your driver in the app to see the exact location.
We offer free complimentary wait time for all rides. Your driver will be waiting for you upon landing. Meet your driver up to 60 minutes after your flight’s arrival before late fees apply.
Yes, chauffeurs will continue to provide the same personal assistance with luggage and other belongings. If you prefer to handle your luggage personally, please inform the chauffeur.
If you or your guest require any extra assistance, please include those details in the "Notes to driver" field.
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of taxes, tolls, airport parking, admin fees, fuel, environmental surcharges and any other standard fees typically included for a standard point-to-point transfer. You don’t pay any extra for these. Any additional requirements such as child seats or extra luggage may incur an additional cost. Gratuities are not included in the price, so it is at your discretion as to whether you wish to tip your driver. If you are in the US, it is customary to tip your driver 10-15%.
We offer the most customer-friendly policy in the industry. Guests are able to cancel their ride free of charge up until 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
To cancel your ride, simply log in to your account, go to "My Bookings" and cancel booking. If you do not have an account, please contact us directly to cancel your booking.
Shortly after you have completed your booking, you should receive an e-mail confirmation with your trip details and more once a driver accepts your request. If you have not received this email in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders.
