After a reservation is made, a booking voucher will be sent to the e-mail address stated in the reservation form to confirm that your reservation is received and being processed.
Once processed, you will receive a separate email with vehicle and driver details along with a tracking link. Please make sure to check your junk folder if this has not been received within 24 hours of your trip.

Yes, there is an option to add passengers to your transfer, but you are obliged to contact our Customer Service Support at least 24 hours before the transfer pick-up time.
